About OppsCity

OppsCity turns chasing 100% into a rivalry. Completion tracking already existed — wikis, trophy sites, spreadsheets. What none of them made it was competitive.

Find beef, race to the hundo, print receipts

The whole product is three steps. Find beef: add opps — rivals — directly, or meet strangers at your own pace through Opp Match, where a Duck is silent and a Beef needs both sides to agree. Race to the hundo: the Tracker keeps your completion, the Radar shows who is ahead and who is gaining, and the Beef Feed calls out every unlock and every pass the moment it happens. Print receipts: a receipt is a share card that proves who was ahead, and it never prints an achievement name.

Verified, not claimed

Link an Xbox gamertag — verified by a four-digit code you put in your Xbox bio — and your achievements sync automatically. That is what makes a lead worth arguing about: it was checked, not typed in. PlayStation auto-sync is a launch feature and is being built now; manual check-off is the built-in fallback and is the same polished tracker, just user-toggled. It is not a placeholder, and it is not going away.

What it costs

Civilian is free and always plays the full rivalry loop — feeds, radar, Opp Match, bounties. Hustler is $4.99, paid once, and lifts the limits: faster auto-sync, unlimited opps, no watermark on your receipts. A free account can always have a rivalry. Paid removes limits; it never gates the loop.

Who builds it

OppsCity is built by Cultural Intelligence Agency LLC — a one-person agency: a human Director, with AI directorates doing the work. It launches alongside GTA VI on November 19, 2026, and it is built to outlast one game: the rivalry layer works for any completionist title.

OppsCity is an independent fan-made companion app. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by Rockstar Games, Take-Two Interactive, Microsoft, or Sony.
